Fish are very important in the diet because they are rich in calcium and Phosphorus, they are necessary for bone formation, as well as other valuable substances - vitamins and various minerals. The main result of the project is the production of structured fish mass (mince) from Baltic Sea fish which: could complement or replace the current structured mass of cod, mainly for the manufacture of semi-finished products, or for the production of new products which could be co-produced or are currently in production instead of traditional canned fish (sprat).
