The project “BeLL to start business” aims to develop a set of innovative solutions and tools to promote entrepreneurship for the development of sustainable business in the border region of these countries. The project is expected to promote entrepreneurship among older people and inspire sustainable business development. More than two hundred people over the age of fifty will participate in the project activities. As many questions come from different fields when starting a business, the e-learning platform will allow project participants to ask questions to specialists – mentors from the different fields. 30 different business representatives who started a business or changed their activities at the age of fifty and later, will share their experiences, difficulties and challenges in starting a business. The recorded stories will be published in the Business Book. Project participants will strengthen their skills in workshops. The most interesting experiences, moments and impressions will turn into a video film. It is hoped that the guidelines for conducting practical seminars developed during the project will also be useful for adult education institutions and training providers in other cities and countries.
