The study's objective - is to evaluate the performance of companies and 

develop a model for developing the securities market in the Baltic States. 

The tasks defined to achieve the goal are: 

• To study the theoretical and historical aspects that promote and hinder the development of the securities market in the regional economy.
• To analyze the regulatory conditions of the securities market in the Baltic States.
• To evaluate the connections and differences in the securities markets of the Baltic States and the companies involved in them.

To develop a vision for developing the securities market in the Baltic States to promote the region's overall development.
